My husband bought a Baxi heater from a trader's site on Ebay in November. He paid by Paypal The parcel was shipped by UK Mail. Thank you everyone for your help I really appreciate it. We really were at our wits end as to where to go with this. I agree, I reckon the battle will be extracting the money from the seller. He could have been helpful and claimed from the carrier but was obstructive and unhelpful.
