If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Car
This element of the prize consists of a DS-5 Blue HDi 180 S&S EAT6 Auto Performance Line carincluding first registration fee and road tax for the first year. This element of the prize includes the winner’s choice of exterior metallic paint from the following: Pearl White; Platinum Grey Metallic; Cumulus Grey Metallic; or Perla Nera Black Metallic.

The Prize Provider will use reasonable efforts to deliver the car to the winner’s home address within six (6) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car and current driver’s licence, current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport or proof of address. The winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

Holiday Voucher
This element of the prize consists of a £10,000 budget to spend on a bespoke holiday, comprised of one or more than one holiday up to the combined value of £10,000 for the winner and their chosen companion(s). Subject to availability and restrictions (of which the winner will be advised by their personal travel consultant) the winner can select a destination and duration of their choice as tailored and organised by their personal travel consultant (provided they stay within the £10,000 budget or agree to pay any excess, as set out below). The voucher can be redeemed in a Wexas Travel store, online or over the phone. This element of the prize also includes one travel wallet and four luggage labels.

Subject to the type of holiday(s) chosen, the holiday(s) may include hotel accommodation, return flights and return transfers between the destination airport(s) and hotel accommodation, transport in the destination country (such as car hire, internal flights), activities, excursions or such other elements as are agreed with the personal travel consultant. Please note that the winner must be the lead traveller on all holidays. In the event more than one holiday is selected, the winner may choose to travel with different guests on each holiday. On a given holiday, the winner and each guest must travel on the same itinerary. Each holiday taken as part of the Prize must be booked at least 30 days before the relevant intended departure date.
