Beware of Talk Talk's nicey nicey saving offer if you pay by direct debit. Talk Talk will charge you £5.00 if you happen to default your montly payment payment.
Don't forget, use say no to 0870 for your free calls.
MY TALK TALK TIP: CALL THIS NUMBER : 01925 554932 (using your free talk talk calls) or 0800 9571034 You will get through to cancellations, they tend to listen to you and the staff in this department are within the UK!!
Before you decide to pay the £5.00 unfair charge, speak to Talk Talk and lodge a complaint, they will advise you that non payment of the charge could affect your telephone line service, don't worry at this stage as you have a complaint pending. Ask that they contact you with a reply within 5 working days.
Well let's face it, if they do insist on having a charge, let's make them work for it.
Whilst you are waiting for Talk Talk to reply, contact your bank and dispute the unpaid direct debit charge - hey you're on a roll!
Good luck.
