my hubby is really chuffed cos i found him & his mates some genuine tix for the final this Saturday!!! :A

That link seems to be for the 3rd place playoff between France and Argentina, not the final!

Oh dear, your hubby won't be pleased.

I went to the England SA game four weeks ago (where we got stuffed) and I'm not going through that again, and certainly not parting with £1,500 + for a ticket! That works out at about £20 a minute - not very MSE :rolleyes:

Though to be fair, it does look like it had final tickets there at one time, doubt it was in the last 40 min though!

Gosh, i'm really bad at this!!!

What i meant to say is that i managed to get a couple earlier so luckily no angry hubby... they must have gone already cos they were defo there this morning!!!

I have seen some cheap (Less than £40) Rugby World Cup Final tickets on eBay (item No 320170639632). I can't go...............

These have been going for around £1K so I doubt very much they will go for £40.

There is also the worry about them being genuine from ebay.

Does anyone know how good ups/fedex24 are?

It would be essential that these tickets were delivered in 24 hours.

Some couriers (like city link for example) will deliver "next day" if it suits them but come home time the driver jsut goes home. So if you package does get fitted in then tough.

I might have a punt but don't think I would bid a lot because of these risks.

i.e. tickets might be fake or might not turn up on time.
