My country of origin has changed again

The glitch that keeps affecting my business account is that I stop showing as being in the UK and randomly appear as though I am in Europe. The last time this happened I only showed up on Ebay France, which meant I was only getting sales from there or from countries that tend to log in via France.

Today I am somewhere around Portugal, none of my listings show as UK if I search using my private account , if my listings appear at all they show as International.

This results in my sales dropping like a stone so today I only have 4 things to post (which is really bad) but three are going to Portugal. Yesterday my sales mostly went to Portugal and Spain.

I have phoned ebay again, they admit they can see an issue, gave me a lot of nonsense about it being my settings and not to worry as buyers can still find me if they search- but they are reporting it to the tech team. As usual I am alledgedly the only one who has reported this as an issue.

It took several days to clear last time, and when it did clear I realised straight away as the French sales stopped and the UK ones started to increase to a proper level, it is very annoying.

I sell on Facebook marketplace , it often "locates" me all over the country and I have to manually locate myself

That's despite Facebook having full access to my location and GPS in my phone.

If you don't spot it then it lists your stuff in Liverpool or Edinburgh rather than local
