Scared - DH tested positive for covid on a home test this morning. We're both waiting for proper results now. He's coughing away, isolated from  me between the lounge and downstairs loo.

I've cleaned the kitchen from top to bottom today and done an online Mr t shop.

DH didnt want dinner. I wanted Friday night curry but not take away. I had mushrooms to use up so I fried them in oil and garlic granules, added a can of mushroom soup, 2tbsp of garam massala & frozen peas. Random concoction but it was yum.

I miss him and keep video calling him and waiting on him. Praying for him to be well x

  • Self isolation day 3.
    Watched far too much tv.
DH is loving not being allowed in the kitchen.

I made a pineapple upside down cake for the first time which turned out lovely even though i swapped caster sugar for demerara, vanilla essence for almond extract, butter for marg and added some pineapple mango rum. Best cake I've ever made and DH can't taste a thing.

I went through topcashback to coinbase yesterday, I purchased £10 etherium and have £50 pending as cashback now, it will be awesome if that comes comes through.
