THats still not much help - did you register with the existing supplier when you moved in and did you give them a meter reading - if so what was it or did you just move in and do a uSwitch and hope it would all happen?
If you've got a random selection of actual and estimated readings, why haven't you got them corrected.
Without an accurate timeline of what happened and when and what meter readings you've got, you really have no chance of getting much help because every one is trying to guess what you did (if anything) and what your meter readings were and are.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0
