Faulty Waterfall Tap

I got a cloak room toilet re-done about 2 and half years ago. The Waterfall tap has failed, a common fault with these by all accounts
The Company who I purchased from "Bathrooms.com" are sending me out a replacement tap f.o.c. My question arethey liable for the cost in getting a plumber out to swap it over?
