Never had a problem with yodel, missed delivery before, phoned number driver left and got him to deliver to musical local Pub next day ( only place I could think of ). Think it depends on driver.

Praise where praise is due is the way I look at things and I read on here so many horror stories with both Yodel and Hermes but with both companies I have been lucky enough to have good deliveries soa little praise IMO is only fair;)

I did understand that it was said in jest,no offence given or taken.These days it is good that we can give our opinion on sites/forums like this one and show that it is the individual person not the whole company that is at fault {other than employing the bad ones in the first place}:)
