Probably this https://www.searchelectoralroll.co.uk/Electoral_Roll_Search.asp
but not free. White pages uses the electoral roll but I don't think it would include mobile numbers.
Here's an old thread on the subject.

Thanks but it's not the site. It had a white background with a black chevron type icon. You had to sign up with your emeil address and create a password.0

Lots of the free ones have gone.
I seem to recall the use was against the terms of the electoral roll service?
So many good sites have gone, I used to be able to pop a cars reg in and get everything. Caught a few dodgy traders who listed a car as having owned it for several years when it changed keepers less than 3 weeks ago.

Yes, the full electoral register is restricted as to what you can and can't do with it. The register is used for electoral purposes, such as making sure only eligible people can vote. It is also used for other limited purposes specified in law, such as: detecting crime (e.g. fraud), calling people for jury service, checking credit applications, etc. The open/edited register on the other hand is purchasable and could be used for marketing or verification or whatever you like but I dare say the price of this rocketed up to the point where sites can't do it for free any longer or at least not based on the advertising revenue...0

How can govt, national or local, justify selling the Open register to businesses, to make profit from, but refuse to put it free on-line for us citizens, who pay for it, to access?
It's a perfect example of the authoritarian system our MPs run, while many of them drive their self-interested desire for Brexit by encouraging constituents who scream to take 'back' control of a system which MPs have always carefully kept out of citizens' hands and in their own, or at least their (so 'democratic') Party leaders'.0 -

You can opt out of the Open Register so if you opt out you wouldn't be seen on it anyway.
As to why its not online:

I remember many years ago, you could buy an electoral roll CD, in fact I had one till I scratched it.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
