Is it not shown in one of their communications to you?
Here is a current thread which shows an email address. I can’t confirm its accuracy, but it seems to have the right ‘credentials’.

Why would Greg (one 'G' at the end) have an email with two Gs? Is that his surname initial, or a typo, or is his name Gregg?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
