I have just done a test on a previously ok GC email by having it re-sent.
re-send was ok and all redeem/review actions were as normal .

Redeemed another John Lewis gift card, despite JL suggesting I change browser. It's still invalid. SO fed up of this now. It costs me eery time I have to ring them, which is once or twice a month and it's such a pain. I should just be able to redeem. Swagbucks are useless and this has been happening since Nov. I don't believe for a second their claim they are looking into the problem. Then they say they're not aware of a problem or claim it should be working and it never is.

Yes, tried that too, still wont work.

On the Reward Center page there is a "Need help" link. I emailed the support address there, they are nearly as useless as Swagbucks, and have said they can't locate any reward associated with my email address or the Program Sponsor. I've mailed Swagbucks support again and asked them to refund the SB to my account. That's going to confuse the Charlie droid isn't it!
