Not sure if something's wrong on surveys today. I did one on my phone and one on the laptop, got to the very end on both then they screened out. Raised tickets on both and they have been credited. Not bothering with any more surveys today though!

October 500SB shop bonus

some got the 500 when they placed the shop, but then they changed that and mine said it would be paid when the shopping points were added.

Just a heads up for anyone else whose shop points are due within the next few days.

I got the shop points yesterday, the swag up changed on the list from 'pending' to 'expired' and the promised 500SB didn't appear in my account :-(.

I decided to wait a while before putting in a ticket.

But today the 500SB bonus has just been applied to my account :-)

So its worth hanging on till the day after the shop points are added before going through all the hassle of chasing it up.
