I just spent 18-20 minutes for this Survey #:201811062
It was suposed to reward me with 80 SB. I wasn't screened out, had to check 8 different products and give feed-back, including to write personal opinion about each of them ... Wasn't the easiest survey, however, no SB, no reward, no nothing in the end ...
20 minutes wasted ... instead of the usual message that I get 80 SB, I see this:
Not every survey can be a winner, but keep trying! (Survey #:201811062)
And I finished the surveyI even give feed back that I would like to participate in this kind of surveys again in the future, right at the end
))
pffff today wasn't a good day at all.
And last night / very early this morning I have reffered a friend of mine to Swagbucks.
He sent me pictures with the email he got from me, he sign-up with my link, but there's no friend in Referrals, I pressed F5 (Refresh) 100 times today ... why is this happening ?
Very disappointed

Raise a ticket with the surveys. I've had a few like this and they have awarded me the SB on most occasions especially if you take a screenshot of the last page (but they will still award without the screenshot). Not sure why the referral isn't showing, but the same has happened to me a couple of weeks ago.0 -

I did exactly the same survey yesterday and it didn't credit - I just put a ticket in and after confirming the auto email I had my 80 Swagbucks credited within the hour.
I usually just explain a bit about what the survey asked; for the one above I just gave a few examples of the sorts of products it asked me to evaluate, to show I did do the survey, and I've never had a problem so far in getting them credited. I never have screenshots either.0 -
