I was trying to think of the right word for what SB has become. Byzantine. Thats it. They definitely sound like they want you to spend your whole life on there chasing points and spending your money.

I think I've had enough of surveys, all the way to the end, even critique the survey quality itself and instead then a DQ.
    Answer: Dashboard - F44914334 - Disqualification
One to avoid. I will stick t the easy pickings, its just not worth it for pennies when they don't even pay, not to mention the time for me to then tell SB and them to say it's my own fault.
They even ask at the end if the reward seems fair for the time spent. To be honest I'd send them a topless picture never mind my bra size if the thieves would pay up.

:rotfl: Yeah, surveys can be such a stitch up, but then I can have odd days where I can earn 200-250sb from surveys alone and they hook me back in :o

160 SB (£1) per 5 minutes would be a fair amount if they always paid out but given their failure rate they should probably be paying around 250 SB per 5 minutes or 50 SB a minute.

I must have completed thousands of surveys for numerous different sites over the years and Swagbucks is the only site that has EVER failed to pay me for work done.

The way round these survey problems is to take screenshots as you approach the end of the survey. Then, if it fails to credit, you raise a ticket, sending the screenshot as evidence. You will receive an automated reply and have to reply to it before a human sees the ticket. Then they credit you with the missing SB, usually within an hour. I have to raise such tickets pretty much every week, and they are dealt with swiftly and courteously.

There is one type of survey company (I forget which) which doesn't like you taking screenshots; the way around this is to open a small Notepad window near the bottom of the screen and have it in focus when you take the screenshot; that way the survey page doesn't "know" you are screenshotting.

Nope. I did all of that, multiple screenshots. It was plainer than a Bulgarian pin-up that I had completed it and the response to the ticket was ....

  • The 950SB rebate, it says 10 dollars, but I assume it works on GBP cards for us UKers too?

(I know it's foolish to assume anything with SB!) :p
