I have raised a support query but so far all they've said is " If you’re having trouble requesting your link to your gift card, please check your spam folder and add [EMAIL="info@swagbucks.com"]info@swagbucks.com[/EMAIL] to your safe senders list." Which completely ignored my actual query. Don't you love it when these support centres trot out standard scripted answers without even reading what your actual issue is?
Is there anything in the e-mail which says "If you still have a query, reply to this e-mail" or anything along those lines? The Customer Support responses to new tickets are usually automated, and if you don't reply to them they are never seen by a human. Try replying to that e-mail (politely! I know it gets frustrating, but those are human beings too on the other end) and see if you can get a human reply.0 -

Actually, I didn't get an email response.... I decided today to log onto the help system to check when I'd sent the query, and discovered the standard response. I have subsequently replied to that standard response.0 -
Toolbar TV disappeared mid-play for me earlier. The Swagbucks TV app also stopped working, saying sorry no videos available at the moment, with a refresh button by the message. I've moved on to the SBTV app and that had the same sort of thing but my favourite (really short video) worked fine. That's finished and have now got the same with MovieClips - no actual videos but a favourited video does work and runs through. Hope that helps someone. I assume they're going to update the apps again/switching to a different video supplier.0

none of the apps are working just gives me an error message saying unable to download videos due to network connectivity
