Swagbucking into 2018

For several months I have found an issue with the Swago boards
when they are active. I earn a number of spins on the board but when I click on Spin and Win it shows no spins and nothing in the hours to spin.


I have contacted Swagbucks on a number of occasions but all I get is a standard worded reply:

Well that's definitely not normal and your unlikely to missing something obvious unless your not logged in when you check the spin and win board, but the usual things will apply.

Do you understand the Swagbucks query system? Their first reply is automated and often irrelevant, in order to get them to look into a problem it's necessary to reply to their automated email saying that you still have the problem. This is a not remotely obvious step and takes some getting used to.
Otherwise we're going to suggest the usual: Try a different browser, try a different location, try a different device. Clear cookies and browser cache, log out restart you device, log back in.
That's all I can think of at the moment. It sounds like a very unpleasant experience, well done for persisting.

Have you tried nCrave? It ticks off the Daily Crave and is normally at the bottom of the home page or under the watch section. I've just realised I've not had a search win today.

yep, that's popped up now but it had been missing since i logged on. No sign of a search win.. payback for getting one for 75sb one day last week maybe

I've also done the To Do list. nCrave isn't down. I've clicked on it from the home page and going through Watch - both ways are working, but I've never got it to work from clicking on the To Do list.

As Sugarplum634 mentioned just a few posts up, there is an option under Watch called nCrave that ticks off Daily Crave.
