Mine isn't showing up either. I've looked under swag ups but it's not there. I was on the winning team so I'm expecting 100sb.

I put a ticket in this morning & got a reply explaining what a swag up was so I assume that's an auto reply? I'll see if it turns up in the next 24hrs.

Sorry if I'm telling you what you already know, but the first reply is always (as far as I know) automated.
In order to get a human response and have a problem attended to you need to reply to that automated response, say something like you've looked under swagups and still no joy, could they look into it for you? In other words, be nice, be polite.
I'm afraid I'm not putting in a ticket, just had enough of them really.

I was just coming on to ask about the team challenge swag up, but I see lots of discussion already. I was definitely on the winning team and no sign of any swag up yet.

In addition to this - you have a maximum of 5 1SB disqualifications per day,. Peanut Labs disqualifications aren't limited the same way but don't count to tick off the SWAGO square but DO count towards your 5 a day.

I know it's confusing, but basically if you're trying to tick off this square on SWAGO, don't do any peanut labs surveys until you've got a Gold survey disqualification first.
