I did this yesterday - though bear in mind if gives them permission to automatically change your utility bills.
It tracked and is pending for 7 days.
Mine isn't showing as tracked and pending, I have just called them (seem like a decent crowd), they are not doing anything until February 2019 when I can get out of my current deal without an exit fee. They will also ensure that the tracking is notified to SB.0 -
