:mad: don't you just hate that can you not try going back on your page and resending sometimes that works for me but I would most definitely put a ticket in as there must be some way of tracking your survey. I have just tried getting on to SB page and it seems to be OK for me

I use the swagbutton on pc. No issues. Why would it be an extra risk?

The blank screen sounds like a phishing attempt. Close the tab without clicking on anything else. They sneak in using advertising feeds which are obviously rather less secure at swagbucks. I found that if I kept getting a recurrence I was able to report it to swagbucks with the playlist details and they did seem to plug the hole.

Can't recall having that happen with the swagbutton. I'm sure you already have up to date antivirus.

Edit: if your reading this Lost2, I just realised that your getting the blank screens on the swagbutton not browser Watch? I used to get odd messages from Swagbucks on Toolbar TV (Watch), but I think it comes down to they are trying to make us play the videos all the way through and not skip them, which can result in a ban.

Has anybody had the awful response at the foot of this post? The context is a forum that was under a starred gold survey link 2000 SB should have credited within 6 weeks. My response is immediately below, let's see........
I don't understand why you are not prepared to liaise with your client (Gut Check) to resolve this issue. I have copied your reply below and have annotated comments.

You will note that I have included Gut Check in this response, I am still prepared to allow time for you to work together to resolve this matter

In the absence of resolution, I hereby formally request, under the General Data Protection Regulations, that you/Gut Check withdraw my personal data and significant input from this study.

I have given you the opportunity to resolve this matter amicably but you appear not prepared to do so; I therefore, sadly, consider that I may have no other option available to me.

I will require written confirmation that my data has been removed from the study; please provide me with the correspondence address of your legal Department, for future reference.

Thank you for writing in about your crediting issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with this activity.
Please understand that when activity does not track the credit applied to your account is done so as a courtesy. We do not receive any compensation from our partners when credit is applied through submitted tickets, and we are unable to retroactively receive credit even if proof of activity completion is provided.
Be aware that even though we have honored the credits in the past; we will be unable to provide manual credits through submitted tickets without a tracked activity.
Before submitting a ticket in the future please make sure that your activity is eligible for credit, and make sure that all crediting delays have been met:
Surveys: Please check your ledger, and be sure that the survey has not already credited, or ended in DQ/OQ. If you did not successfully complete the survey your account is not eligible to receive credit which is why the survey did not credit automatically. If there was an error during the survey, or the survey stopped midway then your account is not eligible to receive credit for the same reason. If your account is eligible to receive credit and has not; please wait some time to see if the survey will credit.
Shop: Please check your ledger, and be sure that your shop activity is not pending. If your activity is not pending or shows 0 please wait 32 days to see if your activity will credit (75 days for eBay, and 90 days for travel). Before completing shop activity please make sure that your purchase is eligible for credit by viewing the special terms on the stores shop page. The use of a coupon or other discount not provided on the shop page will void any credit for that purchase. Make sure that you do not have any extensions or software installed designed to block cookies (adblock). To help your shop activity track please be sure to complete checkout in the same tab you were directed to from our site in a timely manner.
Offers: Please check the offers special terms, and verify that it was completed correctly. Please check the offer!!!s special terms to see any crediting delays. We ask that you wait the full crediting delay before submitting a ticket, and keep in mind that an offer may not appear as pending during the credit delay. To help your activity track please be sure to complete the offer with the same email address used on our site. Also, make sure that you do not have any extensions or software installed designed to block cookies (adblock).
If after following these guidelines you do not see your credit, please reply back to this email and include any information regarding your activity.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Have a great day.
