Nothing for me from the double points offer but not sure if it is worth while putting a ticket in when I never had an email confirming that I'd registered for it.
:(

I don't think anyone got an email confirming it so it can't hurt to put in a ticket0

I have just picked up this response from MSE to an e-mail I sent regarding double points. I had already lodged a ticket with Swagbucks and will send the the e-mail below or use the resolver, if I get a knock back. The response is not that helpful though!! It doesn't help that Swagbucks is not a Resolver listed company, I have requested that they be added.
Hi John,
Thanks for taking the time to get in touch with us and I'm sorry to hear that you have not received your reward.
I would advise you to get in touch with them directly or you can file a complaint against them via our complaints tool Resolver.
I understand that complaining isn't always easy !!!8211; companies can ignore you or try to scare you off with legalese. The free online tool Resolver* takes the hassle out of making a complaint by helping you draft a letter, send it, monitor replies and then escalate it to an ombudsman or complaints body if it's not sorted.
Resolver is a tool which helps manage a complaint made against a bank, energy supplier, airline etc.
MoneySavingExpert is not able to play a role in your complaint and so unfortunately we're not able to help to mediate.
The best thing to do would be to make your complaint via Resolver directly to the company in question, you can do that via Resolver*.
Sorry that we can't be of any further help but feel free to keep us posted on your progress.
There is also the option of visiting the Forum, where there may be existing posts about this issue. If this isn't the case, you can always create your own thread to ask other Money Saving Expert users for help and advice.
We're really sorry that we can't help with this directly, but hope this helps.
Thanks

Hmm - that's just about as helpful as some of Swagbucks Customer Service replies!
I put in a ticket; of course there wasn't an appropriate option to select for what the ticket was about, so I ended up getting an auto-reply explaining about SwagUps. I responded to it, reminding them of the details in my ticket, but have heard nothing further. This is in sharp contrast to the tickets I put in every week or two about surveys, where I always get a very quick result with my missing SB credited. Those responses are always from "Jake" (although I doubt whether that is a real person, or he must work horrendously long hours); maybe I should put in a ticket under the Surveys label and ask "Jake" to see what he could do! :-)0 -
Seems like MSE forgot it was an MSE promotion. Rumours on social media that SB intended it for new customers only and are passing the buck back to MSE for getting the wording wrong. With neither party providing useful information - who knows. Who was the MSE representative that championed this and posted in the thread? (EDIT; MSE Tom I think)
Good point, I have just sent MSE this, the response will be really(!) interesting.
Hazel,
This was a Money Saving Expert promotion, should I be lodging a formal complaint about you (MSE) or Martin Lewis?

Are flight searches working for anyone else ? It's not clicking through and I've not changed any browser settings....First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, and then you win - Gandhi0
