Have you tried clearing the data and then logging back in, as sometimes clearing the cache doesn't always do it.

I thought it was a problem with my phone, when I spot it hasn't credited I use the back button and have to select the favourite again and off it goes - til the next time. It's a right nuisance though.

Thanks. If that was about Sportly it didn't work. Haven't bothered clearing the data since I got a phone with a larger memory. Worth a try.

It is always a good idea to clear the cache and optimise the phones regularly. The apps bloat the living daylights out of the phone memory.
