I just go for my first goal now then thats me done. They just seem to be making it harder to earn

I saw a quick post on Reddit about making 1500sb, maybe like signing up for one of the gambling sites?

Anyway when I clicked on play it gave me a consent pop-up, but it allowed me through to the games without me having done anything. I'm definitely not with it this morning.

Sorry, having seen the date on that blog post and tried the invalid swagcode, not in that order, I should have explained the reason I went looking for the information.

When I clicked on the Swagasaurus button this morning I got this 'sign up for GSN' pop-up, which seemed like some kind of phishing attempt(!) or something, but no, it seems GSN are yet another part of Swagbucks.

I don't understand it , but if it started in March (edit 2015!!!!!) presumably it's not needed to play the free games?

well if they're going with games you can make "in game purchases" from, that explains why they removed the existing games from the menu. I can still access swagasaurus etc, but they will no longer load when I click the link. I just get a generic flash plugin thing to click to allow (which doesn't work) and the loading circle (which is generated in flash any way I think, so it's clearly working.

Are the old games dead for everyone else, or are you still able to earn from them?

They're working ok for me. I'm accessing them from the most popular ways to earn on the home page and I'm using chrome.

I started running the games on Firefox some time ago after having problems with it running in Chrome. Play still appears in the original position in Firefox, on the Swagbucks main Home page. It has disappeared from my Home Page with Chrome, but I only noticed after reading the comments on here.
Maybe another browser would work?

Am using Safari and I have booked marked it and it played ok for me 10sb

The loading circle on a white pop-out? Isn't that the Full screen or zoom in issue that rears its head occasionally.

Despite the sign up to GSN pop-up, it let me play and credited, also from a bookmark/open tab. My Firefox doesn't have Play in the list anymore either.
