Swagbucks finally replied to my ticket about the William Hill 6500sb from Feb, saying:
"Thank you for writing in! For any questions regarding your William Hill activities, please contact the trusted partner who presented the offer directly for direct assistance regarding your William Hill activities."

That doesn't help much. Who do I contact? Do I do it through the ticket system or literally directly, and if the latter, how? Someone in this thread mentioned it was an Offer Toro deal, is that right?

Reply back and ask Swagbucks which partner presented the offer to you as you only clicked from inbox/ banner/home page card/facebook page or wherever you think you might have clicked through from. Therefore you need SB to confirm the partner before you can contact them yourself.

Good idea, although as the ticket is showing as Solved I don't hold much hope of them replying.
