I don't have those 3 videos, looks like they've changed Sportly from a couple of months ago.

Sorry to hear that I know they used to rotate some of the vids, so might be worth checking another day. For me , each vid takes 30 seconds to start playing so it's a bit of a joke anyway.

I put in tickets out of principle when that happens and either don't tell them I got screened out or tell them I'm not prepared to have my time wasted for free! I always get my credit from SB, they are the only decent site like that.

Same for me Wizzbang, after reading advice on this forum, I've started to put in tickets when I've complete a survey and they don't credit the sb. I'm ever so polite and mention how frustrating it is to give your time and effort for nothing. Then I receive the automated reply to which I reply, again being ever so polite and just confirm the details are correct. I usually receive the sb in my account very quickly afterwards.
So in my opinion it's well worth doing.

Don't know about that, but people on Facebook complaining about not getting paid for doing the offer.

People might be complaining about the offer but have they done it correctly in the first place ?

I had already had a read around here on MSE and a couple of facebook groups and knew NOT to accept the deposit bonus as people that did accept it were not getting paid

I had double checked which part of the site the money was ok to spent in, Casino and Live Casino and knew which game I was going to play

I've done it this morning for 6500sb, no malware on it that i was made aware.
I can see through Offertoro that it has tracked my click through to William Hill
Just got to wait and see if it credits now
