well I have spoken to A&L and they reckon that 129.81 is the correct number for 12% interest at 250 per month.

have complained in writing, and having just found this on the A&L website it seems I will win the arguement !
Worked example: If you invest the maximum of £250 per month, a total of £3,000 will be paid into your account during the 12 month term. At 12.00% interest, you would earn £195 gross.0
