Missing item from order

I wondered if anyone could help please, I received a delivery from Roman originals 2 weeks ago and a top was missing from my delivery I have rang a few times and emailed twice and there still looking into it.
I have not heard anything what are my rights as I am out of pocket ?

Hope someone can help please

    I take it this was an online order. How did you pay?
  • Yes I ordered about a week before Christmas.
    I have got two emails to say management are looking into it but it's taking ages.
    I didn't know if there was anything i could do.

    No one can help without more information from you. The method of payment makes a big difference to the advice you will receive.

    The companies response does seem slightly sluggish, but we've had Christmas and New Year in between then and now which will slow things down a bit.

    How much was the order.
    What sort of card was it - debit or credit?
  • Sorry you wasnt explaining what you meant It was a debit card the total order was £151.30 only one item was missing at £32 they owe me back as the item was missing I still haven't heard anything from them.
