:j Cheap rooms on offer world wide at Accor. www.accorhotels.com. They have Ibis, Etap, Mercure and others in the group. I managed to book the Ibis Siam Bangkok last night for £9.27 + 17% tax for April 2008. this is the per room rate. Its a basic hotel, clean, fairly central. There were lots of others with good reductions. Worth a look:j
