Lloyds PPI Offer Query/Advice

Hi all!
Like many of you, I hadn't realised that PPI applied to me and thanks to this site I looked into it and made a claim for PPI on a number of loans with Lloyds over the years going back to 2000.
Fantastically I've been successful and received a cheque for £10.5k!! Amazing but the letter setting out the calculation is seriously confusing and I'm trying to understand one particular point.
They say they wrote to me in 2013 about one of the loans and there was a time limit on making a claim for PPI on that loan. I don't recall receiving this but in any event they're saying that the FCA rules on non-disclosure of commission for that period don't apply and therefor they have not reviewed for an unfair relationship and also due to the fact the policy was sold more than 6 years ago they won't review mis-selling concerns for that loan.
Having said that, they made a payment for that loan and it's more than any of the other loans but I can't understand it at all.
I had to call Lloyds to get a copy of the letter and they say there was an enclosure of a previously rejected claim form but as I didn't receive the letter I didn't receive any of the enclosures including the FOS leaflet or the Which/MSE one...
I'm going to call them but would be great to hear if anyone has a similar experience at all??
Not sure if I should just take the money and run or dig further.
Thoughts welcome! Thanks in advance!

If they say they wrote to you and you haven't changed address or moved out before the letter was sent, the timebar has been applied and the FOS cant overturn it. They also say that Plevin is not applicable to that loan.
Are you sure they have given you redress for that loan?Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
