Tax credits overpayment now wrong I think

Options
Hello,

I think I may have gave the wrong income to tax credits, just wondering if they will amend my current overpayment plan I am on if this is correct?

Basically when my husband moved in when we got married (I already had one child) I was no longer entitled to tax credits because my income and his combined was above the threshold which is fine. However I only learned that they do not count maternity pay received as income and this would mean my total income was actually 4K less than we told them, and in December 2015 I had another child so under the 2 child threshold (including the -5,000 they take off for having a higher income in that current year) the calculator shows I should have got £75 per month. This may have only applied to December- April but is still 4 months of money I could get taken off of my over payment?

I can obviously provide my P60 to them showing the maternity pay on there, think I’ll probably ring them and explain but anyone had anything similar?
