suitable radiator for porch

Hi folks, we are having a new porch built which will be 9 square metres. Our current hallway is very narrow so we will be using the porch primarily as a place to hang all our coats, store shoes and wellies boots (!!) etc. With two large active dogs we will have wet towels to hang as well! We would like the porch to be warm to dry off wet coats etc. There will be plumbing connected to the central heating system. What type of radiator and size should we be looking at? Advice welcome.
Thanks.
Thanks.
