who fits wetroom vinyl flooring? (replacing disability bathroom flooring)

happy new year,
i am hoping someone will be able to help,
does anyone know who i need to look for to fit "wetroom" vinyl flooring? - at least i think that is what it is?
Comes on a roll, but it is thicker then the normal stuff, and it goes up the edge of the room by an inch or so? so i don't think a 'normal' vinyl flooring on a roll fitter will be able to.

my new home has a disability bathroom and the current flooring is lifting in places and peeling - obviously it needs fixing but its too much to just shove sealant on.

I have found what i think is the same flooring online (in a much nicer colour!) but i have no idea who i would get / look for to fit it?

any ideas?
many thanks
- Chez
