Barclaycard eligibility and credit score

Hi, I'm not eligible for the Barclaycard and the only reason I can think of is because I have quite a lot of debt on % interest credit cards - i've used this method for many months and it's saved me a lot of money, but now I find that I am no longer eligible for new cards to keep transferring the debt - so is this method that MSE recommends coming to an end? I've checked the eligibility tool advice and there's nothing else I can do - except reduce the total amount of my debt...has anyone else found this? is there any other option here?

It's not coming to an end. But risk criteria change across and within lenders.0

Do you not have any free balance on your current cards to transfer between?
I have a Natwest credit card which is always empty and I transfer my Barclaycard balance to this card as it has no transfer fee, then back to the Barclaycard as they usually have excellent rates.0
