Help required to find Memorial Vase flower holders

i am currently in a position where i can (slightly) expand and create momorial vases with personal messages, for people who have lost a close one.
the only problem i am having is that i can not find suppliers for the circular flower holders at the top of the vases (dome shape with holes for flowers).
is there anyone with knowledge of this area who may be able to help me with this one.
