    apparently this is not the answer to the problem


    After you press the submit button go up to the URL bar and click on the little shield. You have to disable it by clicking on the 'load unsafe script' button. All the info disappears which I assume means it has then submitted.
    Its the same with all this mags comps

    still wouldn't submit for me in chrome but i have opened the link in incognico window and it has submitted first time, hope this helps others!!
