When is Payment due

I signed on - on 13.12.17 and received payment on the 18th dec I am not due to sign on again until the 10th jan due to job centre being closed when I should have signed which would have been the 27.12.17 I was told my payment would go into the bank as normal. I have not received my benefit which should have gone in on the 29/12/17 as informed by my advisor at the job centre. Has anyone else had problems with payments or know who to contact please ??? No one here can tell you why you haven't recieved your money. You'll need to ring DWP, they open at 8 this morning.
