EnjoyCard UK

We were informed on facebook by one of the owners of a decent local indian establishment that they had employed the services from EnjoyCardUK.
For £20.00 upfront and valid for 12 months unlimited use, we could order two meals and get the least expensive free.
ontop of that one use voucher £5 worth of free starters and £5 worth of free desserts and coffees.
A few days later the representatives were knocking onthe door and knowing the owners had employed them and it was prevalidated I went ahead and paid for the card in cash £20.00.
I have used these type of cards previously but not "enjoycarduk" but others and they work well.
A few days later it was annouced on facebook by the same owner of the establishment that he had to cancelled the agreement with "EnjoycardUK" and the offer is now void, no longer available to me as a card holder.
My contract is with "EnjoyCard UK" as they have sold me the card.
Thinking oh well, Ill try more companies whom are listed on the Enjoycarduk Website, only tobe told the same thing buy one get the other free, erm no.
So far from what i gether I have two act's I can enforce:
1, The Misrepresentation Act 1967
2, The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
14 Day Cooling off period.
Anyone else heard of these people.

If your question is "How do I get my money back?" - I guess you need to track down the person/organisation that you paid, and ask for it back.
Judging by their website, it's either a 'tinpot' organisation or a scam. I wouldn't raise your hopes about getting any money back from them.0 -
He has been tracked and im in email communication with him.
I wondered if this was a one off as I cant find much about this outfit.
Agreed the website is very sketchy and also a non limited company.
Tracking was easy via the following: https://www.whois.com/whois/0 -

I know that it's easy to track the registrant of the website. But I'm not sure how much that will help you get your money back.
As a starting point, what is the business relationship (if any) between the website registrant and the person that knocked on your door who you paid money to?
Or, for example, do you believe that the website registrant and the person who knocked on your door are the same person? If so, do you have good evidence of this?0 -
Might just be me but not sure your OP is that clear.
Are you saying that you can't actually get the offer in any of their restaurants?
There is no cooling off period on contracts under £420
