Terrible mattress Furniture Italia - Livingsocial

Hi everyone, looking for a bit of advice.
We bought a Mattress on Livingsocial it was £50 down from £380 ish and the £25 for delivery pocket sprung with 20mm memory foam top.
It was just before xmas and we needed it for our guest room. We thought it was a good deal and had no time to buy locally.
It arrived promptly rolled in a tube type parcel. I undid the package and it sprung out.
My initial views were the very strange mouldy / chemical smell from it. It has no labels at all nothing, not manufacturer, fire label anything! The memory foam is about 3mm thick if that!
Our guests instantly complained of the noise, smell and dreadful comfort from it.
My wife paid with paypal and looking online I think we have very much got what we paid for!
Is there any way of getting our money back?

Are you sure you don't simply want a refund because your Christmas guests have gone home?:eek:0 -
haha its funny I thought somone would probably be daft enought to suggest both of those, but not that quickly!
No, because then we would have a bed with no mattress, unless of course you sleep on a mattress on the floor..............0
