NEFF integrated dishwasher has stopped working today = error E15. I believe this is due to the outlet pipe is clogged with food waste / grease. Could be down to my OH who despite my repeated requests, never rinses food off dishes before putting them into the dishwasher.

I have removed the machine and stripped the machine best I can but can't get to the outlet pipe.

I have put in some Mr Muscle in the hope it may clear the blockage?

Any advice please?

have a look at this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KiB8QzDlq5Q
If the bosch is extremely similar, then this may help too https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=amtrYcx_3hs

Just a word of caution too, now you have put caustic chemicals in the water that may not be draining, just be careful not to get it in your eyes and wash slashes off your hands

Also if it is a blockage, you can try net curtain wire (curly spring stuff coated in white plastic) as a snake to dislodge gunk around pipe bends.

Hi, Thanks for your help. I managed to reset switch using this method Unfortunately it faults to same code again.

    Great end to 2017

Friend had this exact same problem about 9? months ago. The E15 error code means the ‘flood protection’ device in the dishwasher has been triggered. Was there water in the base of the machine when you opened it? There is a way of resetting it or as my friend did had the switch replaced.

So the base keeps filling up, rather than the switch? so probably as they say leak or overflow. Doubt a faulty switch would be reset by tuning your washer 45 degrees, and you should have water on the floor too.

Although in German, this show you how to replace the outlet seal

If you are looking for some dye, some dark colour kool-aid and white paper towels could be your answer
