Employer wants to pay me in dollars

I am a UK resident and have a UK passport on the electrol role etc
I work abroad and my company is talking about next year 2018 in paying me either in dollars or euros (most likely dollars)
What woeful be the best way or bank to have a dollar account with and also a sterling account - so I can simply transfer money to the sterling account when I need to pay bills etc

Yes, Fineco Bank UK or TransferWise 'Borderless Account' (not actually a bank but can be used to receive salary). Revolut would be fine for euros but there's no facility to receive dollars yet from a third party.
Forget currency accounts with the main UK banks, they all stiff on the rates to exchange to pounds and don't even give you a card to use.Evolution, not revolution0
