Hi Everyone
I received a parking charge notice outside a hotel called Holiday Inn Express in Leeds. Outside there i was parked up for 5 mins on private land, they issued me a Parking ticket. No cost of fine just a yellow parking ticket. When i logged on to myparkingcharge.co.uk there was pictures of my car and it said £60 fine. I thought the correct process for a parking ticket fine was cost of the fine actually in the parking notice. Am not sure to pay it as i dont want CCJ on ny credit file. Please can anyone help!!

Everyone is politely asked to read up on this in the Newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread
Go there now to learn about the game you are now caught up in and how to deal with this
Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving.
You need to edit your post to remove details of who was driving0 -
I am 100% sure it never mentioned anything about a fine did it?
You cannot just get a CCJ, forget about that at the moment, you would have to have been taken to court first.
Double yellow lines have no official meaning on private land, and a PPC has to allow a grace period before issuing an invoice (what you really have).
All explained in the newbies thread.0 -

Same as all the other IPC ones.
Same as all the other 'myparkingcharge.co.uk' threads that we hope you have now searched the forum for and read.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
