Just interested in other people's experience of this new Energy Provider. I signed up with them in October having read a review in the Times. I switched to them with some trepidation and very little info as there was very little feedback to be had with such a new entrant company.

I have just had my first Bill and so far everything seems to have gone smoothly. The only glitch being that despite having entered my reading on the site, no bill appeared. I rang them a couple of days ago, got through easily and the problem was swiftly remedied.

So decided to post here knowing that others are probably interested in finding out how reliable they are and it will be useful to have somewhere to come back to should my experience of them take a turn for the worse.
