Unfortunately notthe council are very specific on what they will or will not take. Probably because all the recycling goes in one bin - I do not have to spend time sorting into glass, paper, plastics etc :T - a win for me :rotfl: The council seems to appreciate that people do not have endless space for loads of different bins or bags :T
Thanks for the praise anamenottaken :T

104 -105) 2 necklaces - broken, in the bin.
106) an african wall art - it has not gone on the wall after 4 years in thw house so it's in the CS bag.
107 - 110) 4 toys not played with in the bag.
There should be more in the play/craft room - I am going through it again later in the week. Not counting lots of small rubbish found in the bottom of the toy boxes.
I am trying to corral the toys into 2 boxes now and then it's 1 in 1 out.“You’re only here for a short visit.

1206 old chair
1207 Old notebook
1208 to 1213 6 items in ragbags
1214 to 1215 2 coats to cs
1216 bag of hangers to cs(at least 20)
1217 to 1226 Toys, book and toiletry items to table sale collection
1227 to 1230 2 x jeans, shawl, onesie to cs
1231 Hangers in bin (stupid sizes, shapes or broken, about 7)
1232 to 1238 Knitting freebies which I don';t expect to use - to cs
1239 to 1241 Random ribbons, crochet hook, buttons, broken embroidery hoop - to bin
1242 to 1245 scarf, ornament, bag with 5 balls of yarn, a length of material to cs.
1246 to 1265 approx 20. I cleared out a drawer of odds and ends - wee jewellery boxes, beads, old keyrings, bookmarks, spectacles and cases, and other bits and bobs. Several handfuls of small stuff binned, recycled or passed on.
1266 Stressball - broken (not by me :rotfl:)
I got up in a bit of a bad mood as few days ago and realised I was fed up with working through things slowly, (e-baying, repurposing, finding reasons to keep stuff, etc) and decided that the few pounds I might make on e-bay was being offset with the time and effort taken to get it there in the first place - and often I would end up making charity cash donations to much the same value later on anyway. Hence the recent burst of clearing out (also, it's amazing how much I get through when trying to avoid writing an OU assessment) - still stuff around the place, but a few drawers are much clearer and I'm starting to shine some light on places which haven't been seen in ages.

Everyone is doing so well on here. Well done everyone.
Only 3 items for me this time as have been busy sewing.
1 pen UU
1 Face cream UU
1 Hand cream UU
My SIL gave me loads of cosmetics like creams and lotions. I have given loads and loads of new ones away and left myself with all the ones that had a little used of them or half used. I have put all the part used ones in a basket by the side of my chair to make sure I keep using them up. Here's hoping eh?:D

Back again and had such fun (Sorry!) reading all the lists of stuff we have in our homes. My target is 365 and I think I will reach it as with the winter the garage is sitting waiting...
186-201 cardboard boxes from DH's stash( half of which were in our bedroom)
202unused 2017 diary to bin
203-204 unused and unlikely to be used toiletries to CS
205-211 books to CS.
Next job is to sort out the pretty cardboard boxes from bedroom that are now in spare room and tidy other things into them and find more clutter.. I'm sure you all know this process. I am planning a short break in Scotland with my sister and have decided not to buy any souvenirs as I have loads of pretty things anyway and also souvenirs sometimes don't look that nice when back home.0 -
You could have saved that 2017 diary to use in 2023!!!!........
Er....that's probably why I have a house full of clutter.......0
