Add Securtiy Exception

I have Mozilla Thunderbird portable, on a USB stick, as I read most of my emails away from home. In Thunderbird, I have 3 accounts. 2 come from an old ISP that still allows me mail, which comes straight to Thunderbird from their server. The third comes from my Sky account. This is the one I'm having problems with. On my pc at work, which is Windows 7, I have no trouble. When at home, on a Windows 10 pc, I get the 'Add Security Exception' dialogue box pop up, and no matter what I press, I end up having to press cancel, and can't get my emails. I would be grateful for any solutions.
