eBay Coupon expiry date

I have an eBay coupon which says "Expires: 01/01/2018". Does anyone know whether that means "0:00" or "23.59" of "01/01/2018", ie, can I use it on 01/01/2018?
With most retailers. it usually means "23:59" of the expiry date. But with eBay, I am less certain.
