    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • Hi,
    I will try and merge the threads. The judge has asked that CEL also produce a witness statement and bundle. From reading all the responses to my post (thanks all) I have go back to the drawing board for my defence. I will be in touch as soon as date given for filing etc.
    Btw my orginal witness statement was based on saggi's that the forum approved of.......

    I know that it is a pain, but console yourself with the fact that all of this stuff costs them lots of money and you get a valuable learning experience.

    Also, if you can convince a judge that their behaviour was unreasonable you may be able to cost them a few £££ more.
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
