As stated in the link in post #22 you do have 13 months if you're outside of the 1 month deadline. If you are outside that time and you may well be looking back at your posts. You will need a very good reason why you didn't ask for the MR within that time.

You will need to put your request in writing telling them why you didn't ask within the 1 month deadline. You will then need to state what you disagree with and where you think you should have scored those points.

If you're late the DWP may well refuse your request, if they do then they'll send a letter telling you this. You can then take it to Tribunal but you will need that MR decision letter and a SSCS1 form to fill in and send it to the Tribunal.

Your current PIP payments will continue while you wait for a decision. Tribunal backlog are quite long in most areas, so i heard. Good luck.

Psychosis for me too. I find with mental illness its harder to get actual physical evidence because my local trust generally doesn't give out anything that could be used as evidence within mental health without making a formal request.

I got enhanced but lost mobility. Sent in a MR letter but no change. I complained on it too about the care component - they gave me points for things I struggle less with and none for what I do actually struggle with! None of it makes any sense.
