Thanks for all of your replies and help.
I've read the document and there's a line in there I missed. A previous single storey extension was granted and built in 2002. The new proposal was for a 1st floor extension to build ontop of the current extension. I got mixed up between first and ground floor sorry. So it seems all is ok as a first floor extension hasn't been built.0 -
By the way vacant possession means it will be vacant on your completion date, it doesn't necessarily mean it is vacant at the moment.Note: Unless otherwise stated, my property related posts refer to England & Wales. I asked about the leasehold and she said she'd ask the vendor for more information. Hopefully I can buy the freehold for a good price.0
