Smart Parking fine

Received smart parking fine through the post yesterday for overstaying in the car park. Fine is on my name but on the day somebody else was driving the car as driver works in the town centre. The car park is free to park for 4 hours. I have asked driver and driver told me that driver left the car park in break time and came back in the car park after 30 minutes. So looks like anpr camera only recorded first entry and last exit from the car park which means car was parked over 4 hours in total. I never had to deal with parking fines before so just need some advice what is the best way to proceed. Thanks in advance.

The driver.... did everything. You are the (registered) Keeper. You will be appealing in your name never ever even HINTING at the drivers identity.
