hi all
could someone please clarify what exactly a "change of circumstance" is that would trigger a early move from ESA to UC? i need to inform dwp of a change of bank details. is this a change of circumstances?

No, changing your bank details wouldn't trigger a move to UC. It's only things which cause a reassessment of what you're entitled to.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
